
I have known Steve professionally for over a year and I have always been extremely impressed with his knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body. His exercise programs are extremely effective in rehabilitating existing problem areas and chronic repetitive injuries and in preventing those very same injuries from ever occurring. His work out programs are extremely effective and unique, preventing workout "burnout" through his innovative techniques.

Steve, your program is great! I'm really glad that you got me into Strategic Fitness. The high-intensity/short-duration
workouts are perfect for my schedule now as a civilian. Serving as an Army Ranger taught me the value
of maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
The Ranger Regiment provided the necessary
time to workout and demanded that all Rangers be very fit. Sadly, though, most civilian
employers don’t care how fit you are. The demands on my time now leave very little time to workout.
Strategic Fitness enables me to still get a very high intensity workout, but in much less time. These days I’m
usually out of the house every morning before the sun comes up and I don’t gethome until long after the sun goes down, just don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym anymore. Strategic Fitness is the perfect solution for
me to keep up a high level of fitness. The workouts are always gut-busting, but quick.

My trainer, Steve Brignoli equipped me with the knowledge I need to work better and more efficiently when I have to go to the gym alone. He is also the person I have to thank for my self confidence in being able to work out "downstairs" in the free weight area without him, which is very intimidating for a woman who is unsure of her abilities. -not anymore! Having someone available to you personally for so many reasons, to change your workouts because you're feeling like you've "hit a plateau", you're getting bored, or you simply just don't like that particular excercise is AMAZING! I feel better, more tired, more sore, more sweaty, but better everytime I work out with my trainer and I wouldn't change it for the world!

When Steve mentioned couples training, it did not sound like a great idea but we gave it a try. We were absolutely wrong!!!. Couples training is an exciting and challenging way to train. We have learned work outs and routines that one can not do solo. Steve has guided us to recognize our strengths and weaknesses so that we can push or aid each other when training together. Workouts are as intense or more when we have these sessions. The results have been tangible in both weight loss and fitness level. By been able to train at the same time we have more time together during the day as we do not need to "stagger" our sessions and the time in the gym has become a cherish quality time.
Cuando Steve menciono sesiones en pareja, no parecia una buena idea pero decidimos probar. Estabamos equivocados!!!. Entrenar en pareja es una manera divertida e intensa de ejercitarse. Hemos aprendido ejercicios y rutinas que uno no puede hacer solo. Steve nos ha guiado a reconocer nuestros puntos fuertes y debilidades de manera que nos podemos exigir o ayudar cuando hacemos una rutina de ejercicios juntos. Las sesiones son tan o mas intensas que cuando entrenamos solos. Los resultados han sido tangibles en perdidad de peso y condicion fisica. Al entrenarnos juntos disfrutamos y aprovechamos mas tiempo durante el dia ya que no tenemos que ir al gimnasio por separado. Ademas, el momento de ejercicio se ha convertido en un momento de alta calidad en pareja.
